Hi Members, I'm Fiona, originally from the UK and living in Israel for 30 years. In 2009, I opened the Baby Base Center for Child Development and Sleep Therapy, which houses five therapists specializing in pediatric therapy. I noticed that tired parents were seeking help not only for their children's sleep issues but also for their own. This led me to further my education to support both parents and adults with sleep problems.
I'm deeply passionate about child development and sleep and proud to welcome thousands of babies to the Baby Base center each year for workshops and individual therapies. My expertise extends worldwide, providing consultations on sleep and development.

I am based in Lviv, Ukraine. And I will be glad to help all of you from the mentioned regions with your membership and operational questions. Also, I will be glad to support your ideas of how we can connect better in our common professional context - be it an online event, offline gathering, etc.

You may already know Mylee as one of the Community Coordinators for the IACSC. Mylee is is a pediatric sleep consultant, lactation counsellor and child behavior specialist. She also has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Grief and Palliative Care Counseling.
For the last 7 years she was working as a sleep consultant whilst living in New York City with her husband and 2 kids. 6 months ago they decided to return back to their hometown of Adelaide in Australia.
Mylee wears many hats, loves being busy and meeting all the wonderful people that come her way. She runs her own sleep consulting business called Little Big Dreamers (www.littlebigdreamers.net. She is the co-founder of a child behavior business with another IACSC member Meredith Webb where they help overwhelmed and overtired parents find solutions to their parenting challenges (www.buildingconfidentfamilies.com.).
Mylee is also the Director of Continuing Education for the Family Sleep Institute and a Teaching Assistant for The Early Years Child Behavior Certification Program.
Hi, I'm Ksenia, Russian-French, graduated from FSI and have been helping the families for 5 years. Founded MesNuitsProfondes, I was one of the first baby & child sleep consultants in France. Based in the Lyon region but work with all french-speaking families from everywhere.
I am also a happy mom of a boy of 9 y.o. Passionate about the psychology of children and adults, child-parent relationships and neuroscience. Motivating, encouraging and helping others is a source of energy for me.
Violet Giannone is a Registered Nurse, published author, and sleep consultant, as well as the director of the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. Her passion for sleep consulting began after facing sleep challenges with her own daughter.
She developed a sleep program that gained worldwide popularity, helping thousands of women through 1:1 consultations and her book, Baby Sleep Training in 7 Days. Committed to science, safety, and evidence-based practices, Violet combines her medical background with a passion for teaching and supporting others. Through her courses at the institute, she is dedicated to training highly qualified professionals while also promoting accurate, safe, and evidence-based information on sleep and parenting to the public.
Natalie Carney is an Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant with specialized training and over 14 years of experience supporting families as a preschool teacher, nanny, and Newborn Care Specialist. She focuses on helping families overcome sleep challenges, empowering them to achieve peaceful nights and well-rested days.
Natalie holds a BS degree in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University and is a Certified Child Sleep Consultant, Newborn Care Specialist, and Lactation Educator Counselor. Passionate about her work, she also serves as a trainer for aspiring Newborn Care Specialists.
